A 10-Year Roadmap: Leveraging Gamification
The vision and mission are achievable through a 10-year target period, with the help of our road-map sub-projects, as shall be highlighted. To achieve these requires taking advantage of the digital community-driven platform, with the hope to impact more lives and expand the horizons both digitally and physically in our communities. We seek to collaborate with the right organizations, schools, bodies and even governments to achieve financial literacy goals.
Being knowledge-first project, and to encourage more interest, learning, participation and quality contribution, Azaland takes the path of Gamification whereby users earn the Aza Gems for taking certain community-building actions:
1. Sign-up (J2E): New members get rewarded to join the community
2. Referrals (R2E): Inviting more members to join fetches rewards
3. Copywriting (W2E): Curated, original financial-literacy-impacting articles
4. Contributions (C2E): Being active in the community by answering learnersβ questions and commenting earns rewards.
5. Learning (L2E, Azademy): Course completion or milestone achievement on our web3-driven, app-based, modular βAzademyβ is rewarded each step of the way.
With these, the community is rapidly gaining traction and expanding in reach. The community has membership system, groups based on interest (for example, crypto club) as well as articles and discussion sections covering everything financial literacy: Money, banking, cryptocurrency, investing, stock market, and more. As a result, more and more interested members and visitors are observed regularly.
